This recipe is naturally sweetened with fiber rich dates and filled with all the goodness of Power seeds i.e Sesame, Flax and Sunflower and rolled with the delicious flavor of Coca Powder, Coconut and Sugar, making it a super nutritious power packed snack easily made in no time..So next time when you are running out of time, prepare this power packed energy balls to get all the essential Super food nutrients.
Ingredients :
10 seedless Dates
1/2 Cup Roasted Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup Roasted Flax seeds and Sunflower seeds
2 Tablespoon Coca Powder
1 Tablespoon desiccated Coconut
2 Tablespoon Powered Sugar
Recipe :
1. In a Mixer Jar, Combine all the roasted seeds and pulse them into coarse powder. Add the dates and pulse them again till everything is combined properly into sticky and uniform mixture.
2. In a plate, Mix Coca Powder, Sugar and Coconut. Keep aside
3. Start preparing small balls from the Jar, Roll it over the prepared mixture of Coca, Coconut and Sugar, and keep aside. Once all the balls are prepared freeze the balls for 1 hour and serve. Store the balls in a air tight container for up to week.
Note :
1. I usually keep roasted seeds in stock to save extra time in roasting and cooling.
2. You can customize the recipe by adding any other seeds and nuts. Dates can also be replaced by jaggery.
3. Do not overeat. Consume one ball in a day especially in Summer's.
