Shrikhand is no cook luscious Indian dessert made from hung Curd, flavored with exotic Saffron and topped with Delicious Strawberries. This Calcium rich dessert makes a complete healthy treat for your Body.
Ingredients
2 Cup full cream thick Curd
2 Tablespoon Milk
7-8 Strands of Saffron
1/4 Tablespoon Cardamom Powder
5-6 Fresh Strawberries
3-4 Tablespoon Honey
Muslin Cloth
Recipe
1. To prepare Hung Curd, Tie the curd in a clean Muslin cloth and leave for 5-6 hours till all the water is drained.
2. Mix saffron into Milk for 2-3 hours till it is completely soaked.
3. In a bowl, Take Hung Curd, Saffron Mix, Honey and Cardamom Powder and stir gently. Freeze for an hour to infuse all the flavors nicely.
4. Top it with fresh cut strawberries and serve chilled.
